For a first time in a capsule or dorm environment we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The private pods were very cosy, perhaps a little too warm in the gents pods room according to my husband. Lovely showers and wash area.

I recently stayed at this hostel and had an exceptional experience! One of the highlights was how impeccably clean the entire place was—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. A unique feature that I really appreciated was the separate women’s floor, which provided an added sense of security and comfort. The hostel also offers secure lockers, so you can store your belongings without worry. Another great perk is that they provide fresh towels and pajamas daily, and they change the bed linens every day as well—a rare and much-appreciated service. The super-fast WiFi was perfect for staying connected, whether for work or leisure. The shared space was cozy and equipped with essentials, including a microwave, making it easy to prepare simple meals or snacks. Plus, if you’re traveling with a bicycle, the hostel even has dedicated parking for bikes. Overall, this hostel truly goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed place to stay!

Clean, well-managed, and convenient location. Floors are divided by gender and you need an electronic wristband key to access your respective floor. Lockers were larger than other capsule hotels I’ve stayed at.

Staff is friendly but English is limited. The place is spotless clean. Shower room is huge. Love their shoes off policy. Location along the main road just opposite the morning market. The provide pyjamas, towel and toiletries for use.

Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, including the communal areas and capsules, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. Despite the compact size of the capsules, mine was well-appointed with a cozy mattress and soft bedding, along with personal storage space and a privacy curtain. The location proved to be convenient, with easy access to various attractions and transportation options. Overall, the combination of clean facilities, cozy accommodations, and polite staff made for an excellent stay. Everything was explained very clearly, and was clean and comfy. We had three male capsules and one female - male capsules are on several floors, female capsules are just one floor and limited. We could leave our luggage before the check in. We were provided with pajamas and towels, the bathroom had all sorts of cosmetics available for use. The capsules were great size, with enough ventilation and privacy. We really liked our stay and would come again.

. I've been puzzled by some of the reviews as people don't seem to have done their research. This is a capsule hotel ~ they all close during the middle of the day. They change all of the beds every day ~ think how long it takes to do one! The staff are really friendly and helpful, it's spotlessly clean. The best thing is thr location. Right opposite the market, less than 25 mins walk to the tea house District,, the samurai district, the castle and the garden. All the little shops and cafes for food and drink. I cant rate this place highly enough.

The hotel was decent and had everything you needed, in fact the capsule bed was far more nicer compared to others I’ve stayed at. The staff are friendly and professional.

Location is close to the market and other tourist attractions. On foot the accommodation to a 10-15min. Not a complaint but a note to fellow travellers who may have a similar itinerary. I enquired to see if I could store my luggage when I arrived at to Kanazawa around 11am. Cleaning hours are between 10am -2pm so no one will be stationed but staff were happy to come if you give them a call. I think like most tourists, I only had a data only sim so that wasn't an option for me. Not a big deal because the station had many lockers but good to know in case you're travelling with alot of baggage.
